Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains when a purchase on TimetableFit can be refunded and how to ask for one. Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which issues your receipt and carries out refunds to your original payment method. Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law in your country.

1. What you buy

TimetableFit sells credit packages (each credit is one timetable or exam-schedule generation) and term passes (unlimited generations for one department and one term). Both are one-time purchases; there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

2. 14-day refund for unused purchases

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used it: for a credit package, none of its credits have been spent; for a term pass, no generation has been run with it. Duplicate or accidental purchases made in the same period are refunded in full as well.

Once a credit from a package has been spent, or a term pass has been used for a generation, the purchase is considered used and is not refundable, except as described below.

3. Technical failures

A generation that fails for a technical reason returns its credit automatically, so a failed run never costs you anything. A generation that completes with conflicts does use a credit, because the conflict report with its explanations is part of the result. If a bug on our side stops you from getting a usable result, write to us within 30 days and we will re-credit your account or refund the affected purchase.

4. How to request a refund

E-mail [email protected] from the address of your account with the Paddle order number from your receipt. We answer within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used; banks and card issuers usually take 5–10 business days to show the amount.

When a refund is granted, the refunded credits are removed from your account and a refunded term pass stops working. If your balance would fall below zero, we deduct the shortfall from future credits.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we resolve most cases within a day. A chargeback removes the credits or term pass that the payment granted.
